Education and Work Experience: University of Washington, BA; Texas A&M University, MS; the University of Utah, PhD. I retired from the USAF as a LTCOL, from Lockheed Martin as a Consulting Scientist, and from IPS MeteoStar as president. I have traveled to dozens of countries worldwide, from Thule, Greenland, to Australia's Great Barrier reef. Real-life experiences are incorporated into everything I write.
